so 'instructional faculty' does not include one-year lecturer positions?

Our university does 10 month salary. Assuming I just report that info for the salary page, even though it says 9 month.

For placements, is that just the most recent year of graduates or the full 6 years worth?

If a previous report is populated by a previous chair, will all that info still be populated for a new chairperson completing the next report?

Where would I list lab instructors who are full time?

Will data from previous years' reports be in the report automatically?

Our dean and chancellor are both chemistry professors, 1 teaches 1 class and the other does not teach chemistry, will they need to be counted in full-time faculty?

Our department chair is 88% with the university and 12% with a national renewable energy lab. Is he fulltime or part time? His 88% at the university is 100% Chemistry

we have several one-year contracted lecturers that have full-time loads. Clarify please - full-time or temp faculty?

We also have an interim chair whose home department is math. He is 50% in chemistry admin, but teaches for math. Does not have a Ph.D. in Chemistry. Would he be counted in full-time or part-time chemistry faculty?

if we entered an instrument on the last report, but have disposed of it since, do we delete it on the next report?

How does a lab coordinator count his/her contact hours?

Is that just average contact hours for full time faculty? We don't include adjuncts in this calculation correct? And it is an average for all faculty, not if we have one faculty who teaches more than 11 but the rest teach less than 11?

We have intro courses with sections that are taught face to face, and other sections that are online, in the same terms. How do I account for those?

With recent promotions, do we use their title from 2019-2020 or their new title

so if we are a quarterly school, we only enter the first two quarters for faculty load?
